This privacy statement applies to the processing, in particular the collection, management and use, of your personal data as a natural person by Bie Verheye of La Favo.
By personal data we mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This concerns data that you have provided to us yourself, that we assign to you for the use of our products and/or services, that we obtain through the use of our products and/or services.
It concerns data to identify you (name, address, account number, etc.), to contact you (address, telephone or mobile phone number, e-mail, user name, identification data on the devices you use, etc.) and to be able to serve you correctly (which products or services you use, preferences and interests, activity, feedback, etc.).

Legal grounds for processing
Internally, La Favo takes the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data and this both in our offices and/or via our website. For example, we employ the necessary firewalls that secure external access from outside, a strict password policy is applied. We ensure that our employees and processors only have access to the necessary data they need in the performance of their duties and they handle that data in a secure and confidential manner.
If you are a customer with us, we also store your contact and billing data. These data are needed to ensure a smooth cooperation.
Transfer to third parties
Only La Favo uses your data. We therefore do NOT share your data with third parties.
Retention period
Personal data should obviously not be kept longer than necessary in function of the purposes for which they are processed. As such, the retention period may vary depending on the purpose.
What are your rights?
1. Right to access and rectify, modify or delete data
You have the right to inspect any personal data we collect from you. You can have any incorrect or incomplete data changed or deleted.
2. Right to be forgotten
You have the right to have your data removed from our databases.
3. Right to complain
If you believe that we have unlawfully processed your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Commission
